Practice

Problem-solving with AI — office and field.

We start with one problem, not the whole company. Tools change. Judgment does not. Agentic workflows gather, reason, and cite — then stop for the person running the job.

How we build

The person running the job stays accountable

An agent can search the drawing set, pull the last similar job, and propose a pack. It does not go to the field without a named person — engineer or superintendent.

Your plant is not our lab

Personal AI tools stay off your network. You get a system IT can live with — never a private bot installed on your infrastructure.

We score against your real work

Correct means what your spec, your as-built, and your last job already mean. We test against those, not a demo corpus.

Simpler beats a swarm

Sometimes the right tool is a rebuilt calculator. Sometimes it is a search layer with citations. We will tell you when a simpler system is enough.

What we ship

ToolThe problemWho owns it
Engineering knowledge systemSpecs, P&IDs, vendor manuals, procedures, MOCs, and as-builts asked in plant language, with citations.Process, facilities, reliability, PSM
Retire the dangerous spreadsheetThe compressor map, cut-nest, heat-treat recipe, relief screen, or loop list living on one laptop. The person who gets called when that file is wrong
Last-job / upset packWhat happened last time, what the procedure said, and what the field actually did — assembled so someone can decide faster.Operations, production, rotating, project
Well-work packWorkover, acid, gravel pack, tubing, packer, coil tubing, well test — history and procedure next to the last job.Completions, well work, field superintendent
Change-impact checkWhat this design tweak does to the drawing, the interlock, the procedure, and the people who have to run it.Project engineering and the field lead

Where we have lived the work

We do not list this as a résumé. It is why we know what a good answer looks like before the model speaks.

  • Years on location with crews, supers, foremen, and toolpushers
  • Offshore platforms and onshore oil and gas facilities
  • Subsea, pipelines, diving, and well work
  • Production, downhole, compressors, and interventions
  • Designed, fabricated, and installed — Gulf and international
  • Shop floor: flame, plasma, waterjet, machining, heat treat

Models and agents are a part, not the product

An agent can plan a search across your documents, call a calculator, and draft a pack. That is useful. It is not a license to run the unit. We do not sell an “energy model,” and we will say when a simpler tool is enough.

Nothing writes to PLC, SCADA, or safety systems. Nothing starts equipment or issues a field instruction without a named human. Accuracy and autonomous outcomes are never guaranteed.
